Shipping

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

We currently ship within Australia only. Standard shipping is a flat rate of $7.50, with free shipping on orders over $150.

Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days within Australia, depending on your location. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier once an order has been dispatched.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Red Star Design piece. If it's not quite right, you can return it within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided the item is unworn, unused, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.

To start a return, email us at info@redstardesign.com.au with your order number and the reason for return. We'll get back to you with instructions.

Return shipping is at the customer's expense, unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect. Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@redstardesign.com.au with photos of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund, including return shipping costs, in line with your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
